A transformative retreat that synergizes cutting-edge neuroscience with timeless traditional practices to inspire profound change in mind and body.

Our methodology safely guides you into a non-ordinary state of consciousness using a unique combination of guided audio, brainwave entrainment, induction techniques, and breathwork. The core of our process is integrating the insights and awareness gained in this state back into your daily life, aiming for deepened self-understanding and sustainable behavioral change. A professional facilitator will support you every step of the way, helping to connect the lessons from your experience with your real-world choices and habits. This ensures that the transformation transcends temporary relief and fosters lasting personal growth.

1. NEURO MUSIC:
  Sound That Aligns Your Brainwaves

This is a sound program that influences your brainwave rhythms (such as alpha and theta waves) by listening to specially designed audio tracks through dedicated headphones.

Research indicates that gentle sound stimulation in the alpha band (approx. 8–12Hz) promotes relaxation, while the theta band (approx. 4–7Hz) enhances a deep, meditative state of concentration.¹ Through the effect of “neural entrainment” from the audio source, it is possible to effortlessly harmonize the mind and body.

¹ Research on Neural Entrainment via Sound (Journal of Neurotherapy, 2018).

2. CYMATICS:
  Sound That Harmonizes the Body

Cymatics is the study of how sound frequencies affect matter, visualized by the geometric patterns that emerge when vibrations are applied to water. This principle also applies to the human body, which is composed of approximately 70% water, influencing the autonomic nervous system² and brainwaves²·⁵ to promote relaxation and stability.

Through the application of Cymatics, you can truly feel your mind and body being harmonized via an experience of “seeing and feeling” sound.

3. BREATHWORK:
  Shifting Consciousness Through Breath

When you engage in deep, rhythmic breathing, the parasympathetic nervous system—one part of the autonomic nervous system—becomes dominant, which helps regulate your Heart Rate Variability (HRV).³

This consistent breathing rate also influences blood CO₂ levels and circulation, facilitating a shift into a “non-ordinary state of consciousness” similar to a trance state. When performed safely under the guidance of a professional, this process allows you to achieve deep relaxation and gain new insights in a short amount of time.

4. Altered States of Consciousness:
A Gateway to Non-Ordinary Realms of the Mind

An altered state of consciousness is a state different from our ordinary waking consciousness, similar to deep meditation or what is known as a “flow” state. It is characterized by an increase in alpha and theta brainwave activity.⁴

In this state, the boundary between the conscious and subconscious mind becomes fluid, allowing for easier access to thoughts and emotions not typically perceived. This process accelerates intuitive insights and creative ideation.

5. The Experience of Insight:
  Moments of Transcending Fixed Beliefs

Fixed beliefs are the preconceptions and assumptions we hold unconsciously. In an altered state of consciousness, these limitations begin to dissolve, creating moments of awareness where new possibilities and perspectives emerge.

From a psychological standpoint, this is described as an increase in cognitive flexibility, which opens the door to new patterns of behavior.⁵

⁵ Cognitive Flexibility and Belief Change (Cognitive Therapy and Research, 2019).

6. Integration into Daily Life:
The Power to Continue Your Transformation

To ensure that the insights gained are not left behind, post-experience sharing sessions are held with facilitators and fellow participants to create a concrete action plan. This process of verbalizing and recalling the experience helps to consolidate memory and scientifically supports behavioral change.⁶

It is this accumulation of “small, consistent practices” that makes sustainable self-transformation possible.

Evidence-Based Outcomes

Focus & Flow

A 30-Minute Neuromusic Session

An average 21.7% increase in beta waves, which are dominant during periods of deep concentration.¹ This leads to clearer thinking and improved productivity in a short amount of time. A dominant state of alpha and theta waves is sustained for an average of 20 minutes.² Experience a state of 'flow' or 'the zone' for longer than a typical meditation session (which averages about 12 minutes).

¹ Based on a 2018 study in the Journal of Neurotherapy on the effects of acoustic entrainment on beta wave increase.
² From a 2016 study in Psychophysiology regarding the duration of dominant alpha and theta wave states.

Stress Reduction

After a breathwork session, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated, leading to an approximate 32.4% decrease in cortisol, a primary stress hormone.¹ This fosters a profound sense of calm and alleviates feelings of tension.

¹ From a 2017 study in Frontiers in Psychology verifying the reduction of cortisol levels through breathing techniques.

Unlocking Creativity

Within 24 hours of a 60-minute session combining breathwork and neuromusic, participants showed an average 24.9% increase in spontaneous idea generation.¹ This process stimulates new perspectives and fosters moments of inspiration.

¹ Based on a 2019 experiment reported in the Creativity Research Journal on idea generation following a breathwork and music experience.
