Yet these were also things she herself carried.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her previous nehan retreat, Ms. Takano had gained one conviction.<br>When she changes, her clients also experience transformation\u2014that experience motivated her participation this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attachment to money. Limitations around partnership. The limitations her clients carry also exist within herself\u2014that&#8217;s why it&#8217;s important for her to change first.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"interviewer_content\">\n<div class=\"left_content\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/nehan.life\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/\u3010WEB_\u8a71\u8005\u3011\u8cb4\u5b50\u3055\u3093.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" \/>\n<p class=\"name\">Takano<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"right_content\">\n<p>In my previous retreat, I experienced with strong conviction that when I change, my clients also experience transformation.<br \/>\nSo I wanted to expand that first, which is why I participated this time.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>When she changes, those around her also experience change. That conviction seemed to guide Ms. Takano back to nehan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Time Without Finding Answers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Over two nights and three days, four breathwork sessions in total.<br>Each time, different work was offered, and this time yoga led by facilitator Haider was also included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Takano sincerely engaged with each practice.<br>Yet the &#8220;answer&#8221; she initially sought didn&#8217;t readily appear.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"interviewer_content\">\n<div class=\"left_content\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/nehan.life\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/\u3010WEB_\u8a71\u8005\u3011\u8cb4\u5b50\u3055\u3093.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" \/>\n<p class=\"name\">Takano<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"right_content\">\n<p>Each time there were things like yoga feeling good, or having insights from the work.<br \/>\nBut the answer I was initially seeking didn&#8217;t really emerge this time.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>The pleasant sensation of her body opening through yoga. The sensation of something moving during breathwork. Those were certainly there.<br>But &#8220;what lies at the root of limitations around money and partnership&#8221;\u2014that answer remained elusive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Truly a Soul&#8217;s Journey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>There was no anxiety about not finding answers. Rather, Ms. Takano accepted that &#8220;not knowing&#8221; as part of the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"interviewer_content\">\n<div class=\"left_content\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/nehan.life\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/\u3010WEB_\u8a71\u8005\u3011\u8cb4\u5b50\u3055\u3093.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" \/>\n<p class=\"name\">Takano<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"right_content\">\n<p>But wondering where this would lead\u2014truly a soul&#8217;s journey\u2014that&#8217;s how I spent the two nights and three days.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Each practice was leading somewhere. But where that was remained unclear.<br>Enjoying that ambiguity, Ms. Takano continued breathing, moving her body, and facing her inner world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Everything Connected as One Story<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Then, the final day. The second day&#8217;s emotional work and breathwork. Insights in fleeting moments.<br>The sensation of all these connecting as one thread.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"interviewer_content\">\n<div class=\"left_content\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/nehan.life\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/\u3010WEB_\u8a71\u8005\u3011\u8cb4\u5b50\u3055\u3093.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" \/>\n<p class=\"name\">Takano<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"right_content\">\n<p>What I had intended from the very beginning\u2014what lies at the root of the limitations I place on myself around partnership and money?\u2014I realized that on the final day, and it was truly moving.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Attachment to money. Limitations around partnership. Something deeper at their root.<br>What that was\u2014that answer quietly arose from within Ms. Takano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nehan.life\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Hiader\u56de\u96c6\u5408\u5199\u771f\u4fee\u6b63-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1214\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Puzzle Pieces Clicking Into Place<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Takano&#8217;s experience at this nehan retreat wasn&#8217;t like a Q&amp;A where &#8220;answers come immediately.&#8221;<br>That&#8217;s precisely why\u2014when everything connected at the very end, the impact seemed profound.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"interviewer_content\">\n<div class=\"left_content\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/nehan.life\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/\u3010WEB_\u8a71\u8005\u3011\u8cb4\u5b50\u3055\u3093.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" \/>\n<p class=\"name\">Takano<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"right_content\">\n<p>So I realized there&#8217;s no need to worry or feel rushed about not knowing, and if you enjoy even that and concentrate on each practice, each breathwork session\u2014<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"interviewer_content\">\n<div class=\"left_content\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/nehan.life\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/\u3010WEB_\u8a71\u8005\u3011\u8cb4\u5b50\u3055\u3093.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" \/>\n<p class=\"name\">Takano<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"right_content\">\n<p>It&#8217;s definitely not like a Q&amp;A where you get satisfying answers each time.<br \/>\nBut at the very end, it&#8217;s like puzzle pieces clicking perfectly into place\u2014I think experiencing that satisfaction is the real pleasure of this retreat.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Not rushing what you don&#8217;t know. Concentrating on this present moment. Trusting the process and carefully experiencing each step.<br>By doing so, everything inevitably connects at the end\u2014Ms. Takano truly grasped that sensation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"q_frame q_frame2\"><span class=\"q_frame_label\">POINT<\/span>\n<p data-source-line=\"147-147\">What Ms. Takano gained at nehan was awareness of &#8220;the root of limitations around money and love&#8221; and the sense of trusting the process to arrive there.<\/p>\n<p data-source-line=\"149-150\">The answer wasn&#8217;t found immediately.
