- [Payment methods] Credit card / Bank transfer.
[Payment timing] Credit card payments are charged at the time of application or order. For bank transfer, please remit by the due date indicated by the Company after application or order. - Delivery / Provision Timing and Method
- [Retreats and online programs (services)] No physical shipment is involved. After application (and, for bank transfer, after we confirm payment), the service is provided on the scheduled date you applied for; online programs are delivered via email and LINE.
[Physical goods] After your order (and, for bank transfer, after we confirm payment), goods are dispatched in principle within seven (7) business days by parcel service. Shipping methods and delivery timing are detailed on each product page. - Returns, Cancellation Periods, Shipping Liability / Mid-term Cancellation and Withdrawal
- [Retreats and other services] Due to the nature of the services, no returns or refunds are accepted once the service has been provided. Customer-initiated cancellations after application are subject to the following cancellation fees:
• Up to 31 days before the start date: 10% of the participation fee
• 30 to 15 days before the start date: 50% of the participation fee
• 14 days or fewer before the start date: 100% of the participation fee (non-refundable)
Cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or illness will be handled separately upon consultation.
[Physical goods] Customer-initiated returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and unused and we are notified within eight (8) days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost. Due to the nature of the products, sanitary items, food, and opened items cannot be returned. - Handling of Defective Goods / Service Failures
- [Retreats and other services] If we are unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to us, or if the service provided differs materially from what was described, please contact us at contact@nehan.life. After confirming the facts, we will respond in good faith by offering an alternative date, an equivalent refund, or other appropriate remedy.
[Physical goods] In the case of defective goods or shipping errors, please contact us at contact@nehan.life within eight (8) days of delivery. We will respond with replacement or refund, and we will bear the return shipping cost.
